What Happens to Your Feedback

All feedback is reviewed by our product team. We categorize and prioritize suggestions based on several factors including how many users are requesting similar features, technical feasibility, and alignment with our product roadmap.
The time from suggestion to implementation varies based on complexity and priority. Minor improvements might appear in the next app update, while major features could take several months to develop and test properly.
For feature requests submitted through the app, you’ll receive notifications when there are updates on your suggestion. We also publish regular roadmap updates on our blog.
